Sales Representative - Commission Based Contractor

Media Bay of Plenty is looking for a skilled and results-driven salesperson to join our team of contractors. As a sales contractor with unlimited earning potential, you will be responsible for generating revenue through advertising sales. The role is based in Whakatane and some work from home is acceptable. In this role, you'll identify prospects, create and deliver presentations, and close deals with local and regional businesses. You'll work closely with the station team to craft effective marketing campaigns and support programs to help our clients succeed.

Qualifications:
Experience in a sales role
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Prior experience in radio advertising or media sales considered an asset
A proactive approach to actively seek out new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients
Ability to work well within a team environment
Self-motivated and able to work independently
