Vehicle Detailer/Groomer

As a Vehicle Detailer/Groomer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of each vehicle we receive, We're seeking an individual with a keen eye for detail, strong organizational abilities, and a dedication to upholding the pristine appearance of our vehicles.

This dynamic role involves a variety of tasks, including coordinating and overseeing the check-in process for inbound new vehicles, handling customer pickups and drop-offs as needed, managing on-site vehicle movements, completing service grooms, among other responsibilities. With such diversity, each day presents new challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Vehicle Cleaning and Detailing:

Thoroughly clean and detail vehicles, both inside and out, to maintain high cleanliness standards.
Utilize appropriate cleaning products and tools to remove dirt, stains, and contaminants from various surfaces.

Interior Maintenance:

Vacuum and clean vehicle interiors, including seats, carpets, and upholstery.
Sanitize surfaces such as dashboards, door panels, and windows.

Exterior Maintenance:

Wash, wax, and polish vehicle exteriors to enhance appearance and protect paint.
Clean and polish windows, mirrors, and other exterior surfaces.

Quality Control:

Conduct thorough inspections to identify and address defects, damages, or maintenance issues.
Report any issues requiring additional attention or repair.

Inventory Management:

Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate with the supervisor for reordering.
Maintain an organized and efficient workspace.

Customer Service:

Interact with customers professionally and courteously when delivering groomed vehicles.
Address any customer concerns or inquiries regarding vehicle cleanliness.

Your Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in vehicle grooming or detailing preferred.
Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending, required for vehicle cleaning.
Meticulous approach to cleaning and grooming vehicles to ensure high-quality results.
Efficient time management to meet deadlines and deliver groomed vehicles promptly.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and customers.
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
