Job Description
Are you passionate about creating a safe and enjoyable environment for eventgoers? We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individuals to join our on-call event staff team. You will be responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant environment at various events where alcohol is served.
Day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
Duty Managers:
Lead and manage the team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Oversee operations, address staff requirements, and handle any issues.
Maintain a safe and orderly environment by de-escalating situations and ensuring clear walkways.
Always maintain a professional and positive demeanour.
Liquor License Managers:
Enforce liquor control legislation and licensing conditions.
Verify IDs, check for intoxication, and maintain a safe environment.
Possess a strong understanding of liquor licensing regulations.
