Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. The successful candidate will embody our commitment to delivering an outstanding dining experience and upholding the rich traditions of Mexican hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
Train, motivate, and supervise staff to ensure high standards of service and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, increase revenue, and optimize profitability.
Maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere that reflects the warmth and hospitality of Mexican culture.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Monitor financial performance and take proactive measures to achieve targets and control costs.
Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a Mexican cuisine establishment.
Strong knowledge of Mexican food and beverage offerings, including traditional recipes and ingredients.
Proficiency in Spanish language is highly desirable for effective communication with staff and understanding of cultural nuances.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Pay Range: $31.61 - $33.00 per hour

Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week

Estimated Actual Earnings: In addition to competitive hourly pay, staff members are eligible for discounts on food and beverages.
