As our business expands, we are in search of a dynamic Manager who is passionate about self-improvement and self-education.

We are looking for individuals who can demonstrate that they can succeed in an autonomous role and environment. You will be a mature professional that is well used to self-management and achieving targets, and working with a wider support team as may be needed.

You will understand the value of Personal Development, and with great communication and inter-personal skills, you will lead, inspire and energize others to success while fostering meaningful and constructive relationships.

While prior experience is preferred, it is not essential, as we provide ongoing support and training. However, we do require candidates with a can-do attitude, eager to learn and master the skills that can lead to significant rewards.

Candidates should be able to commit an average minimum of 3 hours a weekday to the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Implement marketing plans and strategies to generate leads and promote our success education products and events.
Conduct interviews, screening and follow up with prospects.
Attend and actively participate in company training sessions to enhance your knowledge and skills.
Onboard new clients, guide them with marketing initiatives and product usage, and provide support to help them achieve their desired results.
Develop and cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized assistance.
Engage in personal development courses to continuously expand your knowledge and expertise.

Not suitable for students: a minimum of 3 years of working experience is required.
