Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team at Athletech. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients within the fitness industry, including gyms, personal trainers, and other fitness professionals. Your primary goal will be to educate prospects about Athletech’s services, set appointments for further discussions, or close sales directly.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Outreach: Identify and reach out to potential clients within the fitness industry through phone calls, emails, and social media. This includes gyms, personal trainers, and fitness coaches.
Product Education: Clearly communicate the benefits and features of Athletech’s services, including personalized content creation, lead generation, and social media advertisements.
Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for in-depth discussions with potential clients, ensuring that the meetings are with decision-makers who can benefit from our services.
Sales Conversion: Convert leads into clients by understanding their specific needs and demonstrating how Athletech’s offerings can address those needs. This includes negotiating and closing sales deals.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the team and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Feedback: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and outcomes. Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to help refine our offerings.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales preferred but not required - Training can be provied
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
