Job Description
As a Team Lead Data Processing you will:
Communicate tasks assigned by the company’s Regulation Managers (RM) to the Data Entry Specialists (DES).
Organize the working schedules of the DES.
Liaise with all workflow participants and act as the point of contact to progress actions.
Provide and maintain documentation.
Implement, optimize and automate workflows.
Write requirements for other teams.
Conduct individual coaching and group training sessions.
Perform quality checks.
Manage your team.
Provide reports on the progress of list processing and results of individual DES.
Train new DES team members on the workflows.
Manage the DES team
Coordinate tasks and work schedules
Perform quality checks.
Provide Reports.
Conduct trainings.
Must-haves
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in project management any related field
3+ years of experience as project coordinator/manager, preferably both with Data Entry Specialist (DES) and non-Data Entry Specialist (DES) teams
Experience in managing workflows and organizing team members in different time zones
Experience in working with multiple stakeholders
Experience in conducting sessions of coaching, mentoring, training in a remote form
Ability to lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency
Strong attention to detail.
Understanding of large language models ( LLM ) is a MUST
