Job Description

Based in our Communications Centre, this role is responsible for the effective and timely communication to customers and emergency services, as well as co-ordinating the deployment of front-line operations personnel.
This role will provide you with a variety of challenges - one moment you could be assisting our clients with their alarm activation, next you could be taking a call from a concerned member of the public or checking on the wellbeing of our offsite security staff.
What is important to being successful in this role:

* Previous experience in a contact centre environment or similar role is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to monitor multiple activities simultaneously
* Outstanding work ethics
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work under pressure and make quick, informed decisions
* Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
* Problem solving and troubleshooting
* Clear and precise communication with customers and emergency services
* Quick response to all external and internal enquiries
