Job Description
Ensuring room cleanliness is achieved to the highest of standards.
Supervising hotel facilities, as required
Reporting any maintenance or health and safety issues.
Health and safety compliance.
Providing guests with exceptional customer service.
Assist with cost control and ordering of supplies.
Check rooms after they have been serviced to ensure that all rooms are
cleaned to the highest standards prior to guest arrivals.
Maintain effective communication with other departments including
restaurant, bar and pokie machine area.
Confers with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and
services.
