Computer Technician

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Computer Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing computer systems, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other IT devices.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and networks.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to clients.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain accurate service records.
• Collaborate with team members to solve complex technical issues.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and IT trends.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Computer Technician with comprehensive technical skills.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Must hold a valid New Zealand work permit and be ready to work immediately
