Job Description

Are you a retired builder and still want to dabble in the trade BUT- teaching young people what you know, and had experience with training new learners in the Building and Construction Trades?

If you are then we'd love to hear from you. we have a training programme that will respect your skills and knowledge of building and construction, will support you with the resources to show what you know and will pay you well you for what you know too. You bring your knowledge and skills of Building and Construction to share with young people aged 15-24 minimum 15 hours pw, max 30 hrs pw. You get to assess how well the learners understand what you showed them, and you get to offer some constructive feedback to them so they get what you are trying to teach them.
