Job Description

We have a two vacancies of manager Location - Botany
Hourly wage rate - $30-32 depends on experience

Full Time - 30 hours week is guaranteed or more

Looking for a two Restaurant Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Overall planning, running and management of the business.
• Plan menus for the business as per the requirements in consultation with chefs.
• Organizing special menu for special functions and bookings.
• Hold functions as per the customers’ requirements.
• Organize marketing activities such as advertising, promotional events, etc.
• Making sure that company policy standards are maintained.
• Communication with suppliers and negotiating the price.
• Manage stock level, ordering and keep recording updated.
• Managing wastage and controlling labour costs.
• Make sure, one can manage the cash handling process following pre-determined strategies/steps.
• Handle all the financial and budgeting tasks for the business independently.
• Make the staff roasters and handle all the communications with the staff.
• Ensure quality control and be responsible for running shifts.
• Maintain the documentation as per the city council regulations.
• Make Sure the business meets the health, hygiene and safety regulations.
• Maintains a clean and aesthetic appearance of the business for the customers.
• Hire, train and coach staff and drive performance.
• Direct and motivate a team within a busy restaurant.
• The complaint book need to be updated at every time with measure had been taken to solve these complaints and results.
• Make sure that one can handle administration and keep paperwork updated.
• Correspond with the city council for required regulations.

Experience/Qualification/Knowledge:
• Business qualification or at least 1-2 years of Manager experience in the hospitality industry is required to fulfill this role.
• Important to have knowledge of Indian dishes and spices to explain to the customers.
• Knowledge of ethnic food and spices is an advantage.
• Ability to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
• Outgoing and engaging personality with great customer rapport.
• Able to train and motivate staff.
