What Ever It takes is a kaupapa Māori service provider in the Health & Disability sector. We apply a comprehensive support structure through our distinctive model. Ngakau Purotu; to empower whānau to be able to live the best quality life they can.

We are on the lookout for Energetic, Enthusiastic, Forward thinking Kaiawhina Hauora (clinical support worker) Māori Health.
The people you will support require guidance towards achieving their Tumanako (goals).

Tasks include:
Client management and implementing complex attendant care tasks in line with customised plans and best practice.
Implementing whanau ora and whanau haua support services.
Implementation of WEIT’s values model of practice.
Coordination and implementation of supported living tasks.
Record management including data compilation, analysis, and reporting.

Please feel free to register your interest if you:
Have an understanding of tikanga Māori and the influence of manaakitanga and whanaungatanga of the importance it plays in the journey to recover.
Have experience or can demonstrate an ability to develop and establish effective relationships with whanau and key stakeholders.
Have a level 4 qualification or higher.
Are able to work flexible hours as part of a roster.
Have a clear background vetting check.
