Job Description

Lead - Lunix System Administration is a critical support role designed to assist the IT Admin Lead in managing the organization’s IT infrastructure, focusing on maintaining stability, scalability, and security. This role will also serve as the primary point of contact in the IT Admin Lead’s absence, ensuring continuity in team operations. A strong background in Linux administration, automation, and Good understanding of Large Language Model (LLM) is essential for success in this role.

Experience Required:

1. Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Administration or related field
2. Minimum 5 years of experience as Linux Administrator
3. At least 1 year Leadership / People Management experience
4. Must be open to overlapping with CET

Skills Required:

1. Proficiency in managing Linux-based systems
2. Advanced scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python or similar languages for automation and process optimization)
3. Significant experience in Large Language Models (LLMs) hosting, systems administration, and troubleshooting
4. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
5. Strong communication skills
6. Experience in remote work environment
