Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and quality standards
• Ensure food is presented attractively and consistently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, following food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist in inventory management, stock control, and ingredient preparation
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service operations
• Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Adapt to busy service periods and maintain efficiency under pressure
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a cook or in a kitchen environment preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety standards
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Passion for food and commitment to quality
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification is a plus
